    Made in 1989 for IBM executives as awards, these 70 chess sets were manufactured and paid for in full.  They never requested shipment and eventually they released the product.
    All 32 pieces are made of fine pewter, 16 are bronze plated.  The base is solid walnut with black painted squares.  The theme is Telecommunications.
